As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Rae G. Davis maintains all client’s (individual or business) financial information including sales, income, expenses, taxes, mileage, invoices, bank reconciliations, etc. Depending on the client’s industry/needs, we can track all required financial information to provide proper financials for monthly, quarterly, and/or annually reporting. Sale invoices can be created for accounts receivables as well as vendor payments for accounts payables. Banking accounts or credit cards can be linked into the software for bank reconciliations to match and record all transactions. Payroll is an additional feature for those businesses with employees or contractors, which also calculates tax withholdings to be paid to IRS and the state’s department of revenue. 

QuickBooks is a user-friendly software that can be stationed on a desktop computer or as convenient as your mobile device featured on an app. Consulting service provide assistance to clients in deciding which subscription is best for their individual or business needs and/or training of QuickBooks software. The featured subscriptions include Essentials, Plus, Advanced and Self-Employed. Payroll has a stand-alone subscription option for those that do not need the accounting software.
